About
The Bristol Junior Lawyers Division is an unincorporated group of trainee solicitors, paralegals, students, and recently qualified solicitors and legal executives in the Bristol regional area.
Led by a committee of tireless volunteers, we organise social events, career training, sporting events, charitable fundraising, and much more. We provide a voice for all junior lawyers in the Bristol area, whether feeding back to the national level or giving our members opportunities to network in a comfortable atmosphere with peers.
We can’t offer training contracts or ‘Qualifying Work Experience” for those following the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route. Nor can we offer jobs after qualification. We really can’t do any more than point you in the direction of the same websites and resources that everyone else points you in. That said, if you’re a Law Society registered student, paralegal, LPC graduate, trainee or qualified solicitor with up to 5 year PQE in Bristol, then you’re probably just the sort of person who ought to be on our mailing list.
The SQE is being phased in so if you’re intending to follow the SQE route to qualification, we’d love to hear from you too.
Do sign up and we’ll see you at future events!
